I had to look at your office presentation three times before I wrote back.
You ask why three times? I was simply so proud to see a RE/MAX Northern
Illinois Broker/Owner use the System's resources to develop a first class,
captivating and technology friendly presentation to show case their office.
Basel, I had to look at the Imprev pictures twice to make sure that I viewed
every possible picture of your stunning office. I was so proud for you, for
your major accomplishments. To see that you not only reached your goal of
building the office of your vision but, that your vision actually
exceeded the words you used to describe the concept.
You have achieved a level of professional status that sets you and your
office atop the real estate industry as a leader. You have formed an office
that would be the envy of any competitor. In fact, you have redefined the
bounds of creativity and space utilization that will remain a standard
attained by few. Wow, came to mind, however, you have the steak and the
sizzle on top of the WOW factor. You must enter your new office into the
RE/MAX International Convention Awards under numerous categories. You should
walk away as a hands on winner in several categories.
Basel, you not only talk the talk but, you back it up with solid walk of the
walk. My hat is off to you for all aspects of thinking/marketing that you
utilized to pulling everything together. You not only built a "one of a kind
office" but, you then developed marketing materials using the tools
available to all RE/MAX Sales Associates. That is recruiting at the highest
level possible. You sell the dream and the road to achieve the dream. This
is a total victory for you, the entire region and the RE/MAX Network.
You have established a powerful image of RE/MAX, just as we believed you
would. You took the time and patients to do it right! What you described is
exactly what one gets to see, touch and enjoy.
